equipped kitchen, 2 wood burning fireplaces, large deck and patio
on the front and back, and a barbecue, you're ready to sit back and
enjoy the sunset.  This Beautiful house is 150 feet from the beach/boardwalk and is short walking distance to Broadway in downtown Seaside.

This unique vacation home find includes 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2
sets of bunk beds, 2 of the 3 full bathrooms have heated tile
floors, and tile showers (one with a steam shower head, one with a
rain shower head in addition to the standard body wash shower
heads). A television, DVD player and unlimited cable channels,
full size washer and dryer, linens, towels, barbecue, and
2 fireplaces are just some of the amenities you can enjoy while
staying here. This home is decorated and furnished with unsurpassed
quality, including hardwood floors throughout the main level. This
home is a no smoking, no pets environment, so everyone is able to
enjoy their stay.

Rates and Reservations:

June-September:
$ 450 per night
$2500 per week (6 nights, 7 days)
$ 175 Cleaning Fee
$ 500 refundable security deposit due at time of reservation.
*June will require a 3 night minimum stay.  July, and August will require a 5 night minimum stay. September deposit is $350
October-April: $300 per night
$ 1,500 per week (6 nights, 7 days)
$ 175 Cleaning Fee
$ 350 refundable security deposit
*Spring Break (from March 10th-April 8th is $425/night or $2400/wk)
May:
$ 350 per night
$ 1,900 per week (6 nights, 7 days)
$ 175 Cleaning Fee
$ 350 refundable security deposit

Holidays will require a 3-night minimum stay and will be
$500/night. Some select weeks will require a 4-night minimum stay.
Hood to Coast Relay rate is $500 per night and requires a 4-night
minimum stay.

Cancellations require 45-day advance notice for security deposit to
be refunded.
