enjoy the sunset.  This Beautiful house is 150 feet from the beach/boardwalk and is short walking distance to Broadway in downtown Seaside.

This unique vacation home find includes 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2
sets of bunk beds, 2 of the 3 full bathrooms have heated tile
floors, and tile showers (one with a steam shower head, one with a
rain shower head in addition to the standard body wash shower
heads). A television, DVD player and unlimited cable channels,
full size washer and dryer, linens, towels, barbecue, and
2 fireplaces are just some of the amenities you can enjoy while
staying here. This home is decorated and furnished with unsurpassed
quality, including hardwood floors throughout the main level. This
home is a no smoking, no pets environment, so everyone is able to
enjoy their stay.

Rates and Reservations:
JUNE SPECIAL!!!  $300 per night ($100 discount)

July-September:
$ 400 per night
$2200 per week (6 nights, 7 days)
$ 150 Cleaning Fee
$ 200 refundable security deposit due at time of reservation.
*July and August will require a 5 night minimum stay.
October-April:
$ 250 per night
$ 1,375 per week (6 nights, 7 days)
$ 150 Cleaning Fee
$ 200 refundable security deposit
*Spring Break (from March 10th-April 8th is $400/night)
May:
$ 325 per night
$ 1,750 per week (6 nights, 7 days)
$ 150 Cleaning Fee
$ 200 refundable security deposit
Holidays will require a 3-night minimum stay and will be
$400/night. Some select weeks will require a 4-night minimum stay.
Hood to Coast Relay rate is $500 per night and requires a 4-night
minimum stay.
Cancellations require 1 month advance notice for security deposit to
be refunded.
