Vacation Rental Description

We accept Paypal payments and Money Orders.. 
We are on the third floor of a lovely 8 floor condo sitting on the  
inter-coastal waterway, just steps across the street to the public  
beach on the Gulf. The best of both worlds! 
About 1025 square feet, with sliding doors to balcony  
from the living room and the master bedroom with a beautiful  
water view. Master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and walk- 
in closet. It has its own TV and DVD player and has a private  
bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet with  
private 3 piece bath with large double shower.  
The kitchen is full size with all full size appliances: 
fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances. There is new ceramic tile in the entrance  
hall,  
kitchen and baths...There is a  
full dining area, plus an eating bar and living room with TV,  
dvd and telephone. It is newly carpeted throughout. 
Our condo is fully equipped, linens provided, air conditioning and  
heat.  
A large balcony extends the width of the condo, with sliding doors  
leading to the bedroom and the living room. It overlooks the inter- 
coastal waterway.  
Watch the dolphins and swim in the heated pool and hot tub.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1st - Dec 1st  $400.00 - 500.00 US per week 
Dec 1st - April 30th $425.00 - $900.00 US per week 
Discount on multiple weeks.  
$100-200.00 US damage deposit required. 
$100 US cleaning/admin fee.
