Vacation Rental Description

Experience a fun, relaxing holiday at the Cosmic Cocconut. Bring  
your boat!  It is located right on an aquamarine colored 60' canal  
giving immediate Atlantic access. This is a cozy little place to  
come and play. We offer a custom made boat-shaped bar with extra  
refrigerator space behind. It has a double entertaining area  
featuring the tv and bar on one side and a comfy place to watch the  
waterfront and listen to music on the other.  Both areas have pull  
out sofas.  The bedroom has a brightly colored Hawaiian print queen  
bed with off water breezes at night. The bathroom has a full tub and  
brightly colored accents.  The kitchen is adequately equipped and  
has an eat in nook that seats five.

$550 Per Week 
Community Charges 
$5.58 for two people per stay 
$5.00 Per Person Per Day for parties larger than two 
These fees allow unlimited use of the facilities.  
$75 cleaning Fee 
LIMIT 6 PEOPLE. 
Must be 25 years old. 
We hold a $300 deposit on all guest until check out.
