Are you on a budget? Don't want to stay a week?  
 
Then you need to rent from us. Our rates are great and there are no minimum stay requirements. We  
love last minute getaways. Email for a deal. Of course, we give weekly discounts too.  
 
Your view is gulf side in Tower II on the 12 floor. Not too high, not too low....we are just right. 
 
We are local so you never have to worry about being stranded with an out of town owner you can't  
find or a management company that shuts down at 5 pm. Check-in is a breeze, no matter when you  
arrive with a simple combination code.

The master bedroom has an awesome king size bed and flat screen tv.

The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with an adjacent door to the 2nd bathroom. You can watch tv from the  
beds. 
 
If you need more sleeping space, the sofa sleeper is a queen size and very comfortable.  
 
You can eat at the bar, the dining table or outside on the balcony. There is new outdoor furniture  
that sits four along with a chaise lounge.  
 
There is ceramic tile throughout the unit with the exception of the bedrooms. Both are carpeted. 
 
We have studios, 3 BR/2BA & 4BR/3BA available too.
