Vacation Rental Description

The Lake House has the most beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and  
is located right on the water with over 100 feet of lake frontage.    
You will not find a more peaceful and secluded location and yet you  
are minutes away from downtown Hot Springs, horse racing, and all  
that a resort town has to offer.   
     The lake house is approximately 1,200 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms,  
1 bath, large living room and a large dining area.  The living room  
and dining room have French doors that open onto a 550 foot wood  
deck which over looks the lake.  Both bedrooms have king size beds.   
A futon is located in the living area that will sleep two.  The  
house is approximately ten years old and is well maintained with  
central air, a fully equipped laundry room, and kitchen. A 2 car  
detached garage is located at the front of the property.  On the  
waterfront we have a large covered boat dock with a 300 foot deck  
area where you can sit back, relax and enjoy a drink as you look out  
over the water.   
     This property allows the best of both worlds.  Get out of town  
to be in the country, yet have all the comforts of home as well as  
all that a city has to offer less than thirty minutes away by boat  
or car.  Something for the entire family:  Dad’s off to the horse  
races, the kids go for a dip in the lake, mom relaxes on the deck  
with a cold glass of lemonade while grandma fishes and grandpa  
strolls under the Arkansas Pines.  Everyone needs to get away and  
there is no better place than our little piece of paradise.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Lake House is fully furnished with all needed linens, towels,  
dishes, most kitchenware, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave,  
central heat/air, and alarm clocks. The rear deck has chairs, a  
swing, tables, and a Bar-B-Que. The home is stocked with a  
television, many videos, books and games.  There is a 550 sq. ft.  
deck overlooking the lake as well as a 300 sq. ft. deck on the  
waterfront.  Personal Hygiene Products are not provided.

Nearby activities include:  Swimming, hiking, fishing. water skiing,  
jet skiing, boating, amusement park, museums, bath houses, shopping,  
antique stores, art galeries, magic show, I.Q Zoo, Aligator Farm,  
movies, golf, miniture golf, horseback riding. Dinner Cruises.  
Thoroughbred horse racing at Oaklawn Park (in season).

Vacation Rental Rates

November thru February $125 Per Night or $750 Per Week. 
March thru October $150 Per Night or $900 Per Week. 
Extra charge for holidays. 
$350 Refundable Security Deposit Required. 
$50 Cleaning Fee.  Minimum stay 3 nights. 
  
We rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25 only. 
Maximum of 4 adults & 2 children. 
Must fill out and sign rental agreement. 
Cancellation policy - If you notify us 30 days prior to your  
reservation date, we will refund your full deposit.
