includes Buck Stove, Cable TV, sofa, two recliners and tables.

want! If you need to be tethered to minute-by-minute electronic
connectivity, this type solitude and privacy may not be for you.
We do not have a land-based telephone nor an internet connection
but bring your cell phone as Verizon and others have service here.

$875 week with Maximum of  8 people. (Prefer 3 Night Minimum-Rate
$500;  2 nights for $400.)  $200 refundable Security deposit (NC & County Taxes of  total are in addition to all rates). No Cleaning Fee is Charged.
Deposit is immediately returned upon cleaning and inspection, assuming 
no damage or missing items to home or its contents.

Reservations will be held 5 mailing days on your verbal word
awaiting receipt of rental check and deposit check (2 checks
please). Payment of rental amount and deposit required in advance
of check-in. Check-in time is after 3 PM, check-out by 10 AM so
as to allow cleaning time between guests. Sorry, No Pets of any type
are permitted. This is a Non-Smoking Facility (inside the home).
