We do not have a land-based telephone nor an internet connection
but bring your cell phone as Verizon and others have service here.

Special Fall Foliage Rate: 10% off September and October rentals for
3-night rentals or more (rates shown below are before discount).
$150 per night or $875 week for up to 6 people. Over 6 people extra
charge of $25 per person per night with maximum occupancy of 8 people.
(2 Night Minimum required for all rentals) and $200 refundable Security
deposit(NC&County Taxes of 10.75% are in addition; no Cleaning Fee Charge).
Deposit is immediately returned upon cleaning and inspection,
assuming no damage or missing items to home or its contents.

References, credit report and larger deposit required for longer
term rentals).
Reservations will be held 5 mailing days on your verbal word
awaiting receipt of rental check and deposit check (2 checks
please). Payment of rental amount and deposit required in advance
of check-in. Check-in time is after 3 PM, check-out by 10 AM so
as to allow cleaning time between guests. Sorry, No Pets of any type
are permitted. This is a Non-Smoking Facility (inside the home).
