Vacation Rental Description

Our lovely Cliffs Resort oceanfront condo unit has a King bed in the 
master bedroom, DSL in the unit, queen sofa bed,  full kitchen, 2 
baths,  2 T/V's,  
2 lanais, overhead plantation fan in every room and a washer and 
dryer in the unit. It is an oceanfront unit with a beautiful 
unobstructed view of the blue Pacific Ocean and the dancing whales 
in season. The Cliff's is a Resort located in Princeville,Kauai and 
situated on the Bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It has pools, 
Jacuzzi’s, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts, a club house and 
activities director. It is quiet, serene and beautiful. The unit 
comes completely furnished with all kitchen appliances including 
dishwasher, built in microwave over the stove, coffee maker, 
toaster, blender, dishes and flatware.

Condobob's 24 Cliffs and Sandpiper Village condo units recently 
received special acclaim in the November 2003 issue of  Arthur 
Frommer's "Budget Travel" magazine for being one of the best budget 
buys on the Island of Kauai.  The article is also posted on the web 
and upon request I will e-mail you the link address. None of the 
four 
other condos mentioned in the article had lower unit values than 
Condobob's.

The unit is also fully equipped with a digital CD, tape player and 
radio combination with surround sound that plays CD's, CD-R's and CD-
RW discs in addition to tapes. It also has a combination VCR/DVD 
recorder and player of the latest design. All linens are also 
furnished including an extra set if needed. 

The unit is located in the center of the beautiful gated community 
of Princeville, Kauai and is next to the Makai Golf Course and 
tennis facility. The Princeville Resort was voted the best resort on 
Kauai and the 8th best in the world by Conde Nast Traveler and is 
dramatically situated on a bluffs located between the blue Pacific 
Ocean and craggy, green, mystical mountains and is indescribably 
majestic. It offers home sites, condo's, hotels, shopping centers, 
restaurants, and 45 holes of golf. The world famous beaches of 
Hanalei Bay and Lumahai, and the spectacular scenery (the movie 
Jurassic Park was filmed here), are just a short, scenic drive away. 

Princeville is a golfers paradise with the number one course in 
Hawaii (The Prince Course)  and the number five course (The Makai 
Course).As a guest at The Cliffs you qualify for golf discounts on 
both the world class 18 hole "Prince Course", ranked Number 1 in 
Hawaii and Number 43 of "America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses" and 
the 27 hole "Makai Course", Ranked Number 7 in Hawaii and also in 
the top 100 by Golf Digest. 

The best beaches in all Hawaii are located only 5 minutes from the 
bluffs of Princeville.They offer excellent snorkeling, scuba diving, 
wind surfing and kayaking. You can also kayak up the nearby rivers 
that connect the waterfalls to the ocean. Hike the Kalalau Trail on 
the Napali Coast also located on the North Shore of Kauai and see 
the breathtaking views of the mountains, waterfalls and the ocean. 
The North Shore of Kauai has some of the most beautiful scenery 
anywhere in the world.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly rate: $135 - $165 per night (3 night minimum)

Weekly Rate:  $775 if booked within 30 days of arrival date for low 
season, $875 is 
the normal high season rate plus tax and clenaing fee.

Monthly Rate: $4432 which includes taxes and fees.

Specials offered for stays one week or longer.  3-night minimum 
stay; 

One-week minimum Dec. 15 - Jan. 15.

Hawaii state excise tax: 4.17% 
Hawaii state accommodations tax: 7.25%
energy charge 5% 
Cleaning/linens Fee: approx. $100
