Niro's Place is an exclusive new beach house on the most beautifull
white sandy beach of the Kenyan
Southcoast. It is situated at only 75m of the well known hotel Sentido
Neptune Paradise with diving school!
It has 4 spacious airconditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans and
mosquito nets of which
one luxury masters bedroom with private veranda and saloon! All
rooms have private bathroom and double balconny doors to an own
balcony or veranda with splendid view on the Indian Ocean! There are no bathrooms to share!
Niro's Place has 2 lounges, one with radio-cd, dvd and satelite tv,
included in the price, and a
second lounge with books and games as chess, cards and battle ship.
For the children there is darts, table-tennis, softbal tennis,
badmington and snorkling sets!
A beautifull tilled swimming-pool of 6 x 13 m is surrounded by a tropical garden
with a lot of coconot trees. At
the end of the garden, near the beach, you find our new romantic
gazebo, the ideal place to observe and listen to the waves of the warmest ocean of the world! Pool towels are provided
for the sunbeds on the different terraces around the villa. The
romantic veranda invites you to
take dinner outside at the large dining table for 10 persons or just
to enjoy the view on the beach
and the blue ocean.
Niro's Place has a high quality fully equiped kitchen with separate sweet waterpoint to wash vegetables!  On simple request you can hire our private cook, offering you a variety of delicious meals, daily fresh fish,
lobster, crab and tropical fruits! Fishermen offer you the cach of the day!
A comfortable massage table is provided for your daily private
massage.

Ocean? Several diving- and fishingclubs offer you comfortable boots
to charter with professional crew. Even jet-ski safaris to the
mangroves is one of the possibilities! New kite-surfing school at
walking distance of the villa! New buggy-tour to local village, school and idylic beaches and mangroves!
On the nortern end of Diani (10km) you find Leisure Golf Club,
featuring 18holes. The new Diani Hospital, 2 Casinos, 2 night clubs,
the Cave, Blue Marlin seafood restaurant, Fourty Tiefs, at Nomads and other restaurants are within
10km.

The renting prices are for 6 persons. We ask 100 euro/person/week
for more then 6 persons.
