Our winter months are booked, but the beautiful month of may awaits you in Florida!

Our home is an easy access single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath, "great room" and two car garage. Decorated in fun retro theme. Our home comes with quality features throughout. (Vaulted ceiling, large ceramic tile in great room, ceiling fans in each room, under cabinet lighting in kitchen,etc.)

It's located in a quiet secure gated 60 home neighborhood, just minutes away from the beach. All furnished, with all kitchen appliances and many just like home touches. This home will make the perfect getaway with plenty of room for you and your guests.

Retreat amenities

As you should expect, this home comes with all the needed necessities of a great retreat; Central air-conditioning with ceiling fans in all rooms, a security system, basic cable television, wireless interent, two car garage and covered porch with gas grill to enjoy barbecuing during those wonderful Florida evenings. All bedrooms come with top of the line Sealy Posturepedic Palatial Crest Ultra Plush mattresses and box springs. (No problems sleeping on these
beauties!)

The kitchen comes with all appliances including dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, stove and oven, and all dishes, silverware, glassware, and cookware you will need. Plus the added touch of a center island with seating and under cabinet lighting.

Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath, king-sized pillow top bed, dresser, nightstands, mirror, alarm clock/radio, and color television with remote (cable t.v.), and DVD player round out this room.

Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, mirror, alarm clock/radio.

Bedroom 3 has a full-sized bed, nightstand, mirror, alarm clock/radio.

Dining area comes with table and chairs and the living area has sofa, end tables, coffee table, two chairs one of which is a perfect leather chair for sitting back and reading your favorite novel or just relaxing watching your favorite movie or television program.

The utility room has a full size washer and dryer. This home comes with all bedroom, bath, and kitchen linens and towels that you'll need.

Basic cable TV (HBO Channels) and wireless internet are also included in our low monthly price.

This perfectly located home is 90 minutes from Orlando International airport and 75 minutes from West Palm Beach airport. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center are short day trips.  Fine restaurants and shops await you at the Vero Beach Indian River Mall, including a 24-screen stadium seating movie theater. We will leave you with the best eating establishment secrets. Vero Beach also has a community center with a heated pool. But best of all, you are only 10 minutes from a walk along miles of beautiful sandy beach.

Compare our home to other rental properties and you'll find this to be a great value!  (We have not raised our rates since we started renting our home and have added internet service and are now paying the Florida and Indian County sales tax.)

Our rates have not changed for the last seven years as we want to make our home affordable for you!

Rental cost includes rental of home, utilities, (Electric - $150 per month allowance, winter months typically run $60 a month.) wireless internet, basis cable, trash removal, and all outside lawn maintenance work, and Florida and Indian River 7% sales tax.

January, February, March $2300 per month.

April and December - $2100 per month.

May through November - $1800 per month.

Please note that multiple month bookings receive preference over single month bookings. We will also pay the one-time cleaning fee on multiple bookings.

Please note - Month rental periods begin with the 1st of the month.

We are only booking monthly rentals at this time. (Sorry no weekly rentals are available.)
