2005 Built - Single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home  
with "great room" and two car garage.  Decorated in fun retro  
theme.  Our home comes with quality features throughout.   
(Vaulted ceiling, ceramic tile in great room, ceiling fans in each room, under cabinet lighting in  
kitchen,etc.) 
 
It’s located in a quiet secure gated 60 home neighborhood, just minutes  
away from the beach.  All furnished, with all kitchen appliances and  
many “just like home” touches.  This home will make the perfect  
getaway with plenty of room for you and your guests. 
   
Why pay hotel prices when you can live in the luxury of your own  
rental home!

Vacation Rental Amenities

As you should expect, this home comes with all the needed  
necessities of a great retreat; Central air-conditioning with  
ceiling fans in all rooms, a security system, basic cable  
television, two car garage and covered porch with gas grill to enjoy  
barbecuing during those wonderful Florida evenings.  All bedrooms  
come with top of the line Sealy Posturepedic “Palatial Crest Ultra  
Plush” mattresses and box springs. (No problems sleeping on these  
wonderful beds.) 
 
The kitchen comes with all appliances including dishwasher,  
disposal, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, stove and oven, and  
all dishes, silverware, glassware, and cookware you will need.  Plus  
the added touch of a center island with seating and under cabinet  
lighting. 
 
Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath, king-sized  
pillow top bed, dresser, nightstands, mirror, alarm clock/radio and  
phone, and color television with remote (cable t.v.) round out this  
room. 
 
Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, mirror, alarm  
clock/radio and phone. 
 
Bedroom 3 has a full-sized bed, nightstand, mirror, alarm  
clock/radio and phone. 
 
Dining area comes with table and chairs and the living area has  
sofa, end tables, coffee table, two chairs one of which is a perfect  
leather chair for sitting back and reading your favorite novel or  
just relaxing watching your favorite movie or television program. 
 
The utility room has a full size washer and dryer.  This home comes  
with all bedroom, bath, and kitchen linens and towels that you'll  
need.

Activities and Attractions

This perfectly located home is 90 minutes from Orlando International  
airport and 75 minutes from West Palm Beach airport. Walt Disney  
World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center are short day trips.   
Fine restaurants and shops await you at the Vero Beach Indian River Mall, including a  
24-screen stadium seating movie theater.  We will leave you with the  
best eating establishment secrets.  Vero Beach also has a  
community center with a heated pool.  But best of all, you are  
only 10 minutes from a walk along miles of beautiful sandy beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental cost includes rental of home, utilities, (Electric - $200 per  
month allowance for months June through September),basis cable, trash removal, and all outside lawn  
maintenance work. 
  
January and February (Need to be booked together) $2300 per month, includes Florida's 7% sales tax  
and Indian County 4% tax 
 
March - $2300 per month, includes Florida's 7% sales tax and Indian County 4% tax 
 
April and December - $2100 per month, includes Florida's 7% sales tax and Indian County 4% tax 
 
May through November - $1800 per month, includes Florida's 7% sales tax and Indian County 4% tax 
 
(Please note that multiple month bookings receive preference over single month bookings and our  
rates have not changed for the last three years.  Month rental periods begin with the 1st of the  
month.) 
 
We are only booking monthly rentals at this time. (Sorry no weekly rentals are available.)  
                          
$500 Security deposit required 
$120 Cleaning fee per rental departure
