Vacation Rental Description

Wonderful one bedroom condo in one of the most requested complexes 
on Okaloosa Island, the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. Designed 
to sleep 6 comforably. You will feel relaxed as soon as you enter 
this fantasitic third floor condo. Decorated in Tommy Bahama style 
furnishings throughout we have tried to think of everything to make 
your next romantic long weekend or family vacation the best. Free 
high speed internet access too!

Located directly on the ocean you have unsurpassed unobstructed 
views of the Gulf of Mexico. You have the added advantage of being 
able to see the kids at the huge pool area while watching for 
dolphins swimming by in the Gulf of Mexico. A 700 foot lazy lagoon 
river is located directly across the street as well as another 
waterfall pool - all free to you as our guest! Huge onsite fitness 
center.

Master bedroom has Queen size bed with netted canopy. Large TV with 
DVD player and access to full size private bathroom. Additional 
sleeping accomodations in two bunk beds in alcove off of the main 
hallway gives privacy to additional guests with access to second 
full bathroom. 

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to fix a seafood 
feast and roomy seating for seven. Three breakfast bar stools and 
seating for four at separated dining room table. Living room has 
large 36" TV and pull out Queen size sleeper sofa for additional 
overnight guests. Fantastic ocean views through floor to ceiling 
sliding glass doors that lead out to tiled balcony. 

Welcome binder with coupons to local area attractions  and loads of 
information designed to make your stay more enjoyable and 
affordable. Welcome basket with your morning coffee and condiments. 
Convenient shopping nearby - within walking distance of the 
Gulfarium, Boardwalk, Emerald Coast Convention Center and Okaloosa
