Beautiful little cottage, including finished basement which is
light and airy. Full size bathroom with tub & shower, eat-in kitchen, basic cable, VCR/DVD player, full size bed in bedroom, and ceiling fans. The finished den in the basement is a great place to watch TV and play games on rainy days & it has two twin size folding cots for extra guests. Electric heat for those chilly nights.
Outside shower. Patio with grill and picnic table. Nicely landscaped
yard with grassed area. Beach, RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, has swings and
volley ball area. Walk to seafood restaurants, hot dog stand, ice
cream, or short drive to miniature golf, shopping mall, marina, and
fine restaurants. Approximately 12 miles from ferries to Martha's
Vineyard and Nantucket.
Sorry... no pets... no smoking inside. Kennels and boarding services
for pets available locally.
