wicker furniture, bedroom/den #3 comes with a double sofa sleeper, 
T.V. VCR/DVD, Desk.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit has central air and has been recently painted and  
redecorated in a tropical decor, new linens, towels, kitchen is  
fully  
equipped, 4 new color tv's 2 vcr's/dvd, stereo. Don't worry about the  
laundry you have your own laundry room with washer and dryer in the  
unit.  
The unit is only minutes away from South Beach and comes equipped  
with a rolling cart for your beach cooler and chairs(provided) plus  
your beach towels. The pool is beautiful and warm a great place to  
relax. You are in a secure building!

Activities and Attractions

The pool is a great way to relax and have fun, or perhaps the beach  
is what your looking for. There is boat rentals, wave running, para  
sailing.  Or how about charter boat fishing sounds like fun to me.   
Or perhaps you like to fish off the pier at the park overlooking  
Caxambas Bay.  There are many parks to visit in the Everglades that  
are close at hand.  Not to mention the great restaurants located on  
Marco Island!
