This professionally decorated home has three bedrooms, two full baths, large lanai with a heated pool and an outdoor shower and an unbelievable area for sun worshipping and fun on dock area along an intercoastal canal. It is located on a very quiet street, with no outlet, and very close walking distance to the
most magnificient beach on the west coast.

After a day at the beach, shopping, the golf course, exploring,
fishing, etc., come home to your private lanai and relax or sit out on the dock and watch the boats and dolphins come by. Walk to the
beach, shopping, theatre, restaurants, tiki bars, etc. or catch your
dinner on the back dock and cook it on your gas grill.

The master bedroom has a King size bed
There is a Queen size bed in bedroom 2
There is a Full size bed in bedroom 3

There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room

You will be able to reach our maintenance and cleaning services 24
hours a day

There is WIFI in this house.

Boating, fishing, golfing, sun worshipping, etc. Beautiful white
sand beach is just a short walk away. Excellent restaurants, great
shopping, tiki bars, and movie theatre all within walking distance.

Off Peak....(May 1-Nov. 30)...............$800.00/week (summer
special) - flexible out/in dates
Peak........(Dec.1-Apr. 15)...............$1,695.00/week.
Holiday.....(Easter,Christmas,New Years)..$1,695/week.
(Thanksgiving)................$1,200.00/week.Add 11% tax, $225.00 cleaning fee, and $500 security deposit (that will be refunded and mailed upon cleaning and inspection-normally within two weeks).

Rentals are normally from Saturday 4pm check-in to Saturday 10am
departure. Arrival/Departure Days can be flexible.  Especially during the summer months.

Boat slip is not included in the rental and slip is not for rent.
