heart of Historic Downtown Durango and the beautiful La Plata

backs up to public wildlife preserve with miles of bike paths and 
hiking, but only seconds from Hillcrest Golf Course and all of the 
conveniences and excitement of downtown!

Our large five bedroom home is beautifully decorated in the 
southwestern style of the area with all of the amenities that you 
would expect to find in a custom home of this size. Surrounded by 
decks for your enjoyment and outdoor entertainment, complete with 
large hot tub and private deck off master bedroom for enjoying that 
morning cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise. 

Three separate floors, each with their own bedrooms and baths are 
perfect for multiple families, yet the open great-room with huge 
rock fireplace, gourmet kitchen and plenty of dining area make it 
perfect for the entire group to gather together. 

This is the ideal vacation home for family reunions, wedding 
parties, corporate retreats, or several couples/families that just 
want to get away together. Within a few minutes of our home you can 
be golfing at Hillcrest Golf Course or cross-country skiing in 
winter, fishing in the Animas River, hunting for Elk in the 
surrounding mountains, hiking up Horse Gulch Canyon, or shopping in 
historic downtown Durango. Coming to Durango for the 4th of July? 
From the decks of this home you have incredible views of the 
downtown fireworks display! 

Don't miss riding the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge 
Railroad located within a mile of the home! Durango Mountain Ski 
Resort (formerly known as Purgatory Resort) and the Durango Airport 
are a short 25 minute drive, and the Anasazi Indian Ruins are 35 
minutes away.
