Vacation Rental Description

"The Art Deco Mansion" named this because of its beautiful exterior 
colors and architecture.  And, YES, this is all ONE home!  This home 
is new with private pool, three-story foyer, four levels of 
decks, three-sided water views, multiple flat scree TV's, VCR's, and 
DVD players.  Elevator, gas grill, large garden tub, great ocean and 
intercoastal views.  Only 150 yards to beach on quiet street.  Short 
2 1/2 min walk to the beach. You can save hundreds of dollars by 
booking through us,the owners, and still have all of these services; 
full concierge service, key pick up and drop off, welcome packets 
with all the island info, excursion bookings, high grade linens, and 
much, much more 
thru our on island management company.

This home will take your breath away!!  We have looked at and stayed 
in a large number of homes on Isle of Palms and this is by far one 
of the most beautiful we have seen.  Impressive, three-story foyer, 
two-story living room and kitchen.  Great water views of the Ocean 
and Hamlin Creek from multiple decks plus a rooftop sun deck.  Watch 
the beautiful sunsets over Charleston.  You will never want to leave!

This house has Brazilian cherry flooring throughout, tile baths, 
very large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, teak-like 
decks, beautiful deck level gunite pool, elevator, and more.  
Sixteen people easily fit into this house.  No squishing here!  Tons 
of living and deck space for everyone to have their own space and 
relaxation area.  This place feels like a huge, airy 'mansion' when 
you walk in.    Very short walk to the beach with no busy roads to 
cross.

Beds:Upstairs Master-one king, 3 large BRs each with  queens, one BR 
with two sets of bunk beds, and two queen 
size sofa sleepers in downstairs living room.  Sleeps 16.
