2 car garage. Large ceiling to floor stone fireplace, open living
room leads to fully equipped kitchen & dining area. Centrally
located within 3 1/2 miles to State Line & the casino's, close to
Heavenly Valley ski area, restaurants & shopping. Only minutes to 4
golf courses. In the winter months enjoy the ski slopes,sledding, or
simply curl up with a movie & enjoy the cozy fireplace. We invite

Fireplace, phone for local calls, 4T.V.'s,(all on cable,) 4 VCR's &
many movies on hand. Linens, towels, dish towels,provided. Microwave,
dishwasher,refrigerator,washer,dryer, fully equipped kitchen with
pantry.Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed,futon & 3/4 bath off hall.
Upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds & full bath & last bedroom has
bunk with single on top and double below and 1 single bed.Large
closets & chests of drawers in each bedroom. Non-smoking & no pets.
Peaceful pine studded area with meadows,streams & biking trails,
(8 bikes on hand)yet close to all activities for vacationing. Winter
activities close by.Summer B.B.Q's in large rear yard.
