Vacation Rental Description

The Lakes Country Club is located in the heart of Palm Desert, Ca. 
across from the exclusive J.W.Marriott Desert Springs Resort.

The country club features a Ted Robinson designed 27 hole 
championship golf course, along with 15 championship tennis courts, 
45 swimming pools, hot tubs as well as a full workout and spa 
facility.  
There are also two restaurants, one an informal grill and one a 
formal country club dining facility.

This 2,100+ sq. ft. unit has a picture perfect waterfall and lake 
view from the spacious back patio as every morning the local ducks 
swim past as you enjoy your outdoor breakfast meal.

There are two bedrooms, the second with two full beds, as well as a 
den with a sleeper sofa.  The den and each bedroom has a full 
bathroom, in addition to a half bath powder room.

The unit has new stainless kitchen appliances as well 
as new cookware, along with two central air conditioners to comfort 
you throughout the home.  In addition, the home features a sunken bar 
with built-in blender and ice machine, surrounded by comfortable bar 
chairs, perfect for entertaining.  There is also a two car garage 
leading into the homes private entrance.

The master bedroom features a king bed and has a large walk in 
closet. The master bath features natural sky lighting and a large 
Jacuzzi style bathtub.

The home has a washer and dryer, four televisions, one of which is 
connected to a home theatre stereo; a vcr, dvd player; new Dacor 
built in outdoor BBQ grill and a garage parked four seat electric 
golf cart available for your convenience during your memorable stay.

season.  Monthly rates range between $4,800.00 and $6,000.00.
