Vacation Rental Description

Guests love our luxuriously furnished villa "Sea Pearl" located  
in the exclusive gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates, the  
closest private estate to Disneyworld.  
 
3300 square feet of living space provides 2 large master suites  
(one with sofa bed), one queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, with  
4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 12.  The large family room has surround 
sound 51 inch HDTV, cable TV with progressive scan DVD and movie 
library.  Various movie channels.  Cable TV's also in all bedrooms. 
   
The breakfast table seats 6, while the kitchen bar accomodates a 
further 4 people.  If required, there are another 6 seats in the 
formal dining room, as well as a quiet area in the formal living 
room.  An air-conditioned games room, with full size pool table, 
fussbal, darts, is also at your disposal. 
 
What better way to relax at the end of a long day at the various 
attractions, then to watch the sun set from the south-west facing  
40 x 18 ft heated pool + spa overlooking Star Lake.   
The secluded lanai and 60 ft caged deck are amply equipped with  
patio furniture and are perfect for sunbathing.  At night enjoy the  
continuously changing fibre-optic light show in the pool and spa. 
 
Interior furnishings of the villa are superior to the standard  
furniture packages as we have aimed to make this a home from home  
for the more discerning guests.
