This stunning 3000 Sq. Ft. Broadband Internet and Wi-Fi equipped Villa
with Games Room and Gas BBQ is located in a Cul De Sac at The Abbey at
West Haven an exclusive 58 home community 10 minutes from Disney and
just 3 minutes from Champions Gate Golf resort.

The key feature with our home is the incredible view over the
Conservation Area as there is no other home behind you. Our premium
lot gives you unrivalled privacy plus you can observe the wildlife and
listen to our amazing "Frogs Chorus" every evening after you watch the
Disney Fireworks from the Deck.

The Villa has five wonderful bedrooms including two Masters one with a
King, the other a Queen size Bed (both ensuite) and a further three
twin rooms. One of these rooms has an ensuite and two of them
are Disney themed, one with Scooby Doo and the other Mickey Mouse.
All bedrooms have Cable T.V. and the Masters have DVD players too. We
also have a DVD Home Cinema System plus PS2 and two VCRs.

In addition we have two main sitting rooms, one which has a private
first floor balcony (with views of the Disney Fireworks) and the
other opens out on to the Pool Deck. There is also a super Kitchen,
Dining Area and Utility. We also have a Games Room with Pool Table,
Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Foosball.

The 1500 Sq. Ft. Pool area is fantastic and is huge. We specially
extended it to
allow loungers all the way around the Pool & Spa. The Pool/Deck area
requires special explanation as it it so much better than the average.
Firstly we have our own 15 foot Palm Trees. Secondly there is no
other home behind you, just views of a lovely lake and Conservation
Area. Thirdly, we have hedging each side for greater privacy.
Fourthly, we have a wonderful Spa, Air Conditioned Pool Bathroom, Pool
Shower & Gas BBQ. Fifthly, we have a huge covered lounging area and
covered eating area with Ceiling Fan.... and of course I could go on

drive for about 60 minutes, you could go to the Coast and the
beaches, or Cape Canaveral or Busch Gardens amongest others.

And for when you want to stay at home, there is the Pool plus Spa,
and of course the Games Room, PS2, Wi-Fi, Broadband Internet and Home
Cinema DVD System.

Shops, Supermarkets, UPS, and Restaurants are all only 3 minutes
away and for the Golfer you need travel no more than three minutes
to Greg Normans Champions Gate Golf Resort which is fabulous.

Disney is only 10 minutes away and I can assure you that you can
stand under Cinderellas Castle for the end of the Fireworks at the
Magic Kingdom at 10.00 P.M. and be back in our swimming Pool with a
drink by 11.00 P.M.
