Located in a quiet neighborhood on the South Hill of Puyallup, Washington. Only an hour to Mt.  
Rainier and an additional 30 minutes to to Mt. Saint Helens. 20 minutes to the Tacoma Dome for  
concerts and trade shows. 
You can visit the Pike Place Market in Seattle or take a 2 hr. drive to Vancouver ,BC.  
Portland,Oregon is 2 1/2 hours to the south on I-5. The property is minutes away from Hwy 512 for  
access to all major freeways north, south, east , or west. McChord AFB and Fort Lewis  are 20-30  
minutes away as well. This is the perfect central location for visiting all points of western  
Washington. 
With the many wineries throughout the state and the skiing opportunities @ Crystal Mountain,  
Snoqualmie Pass, and Mt.Rainier, you cannot get a better location. 
The September Puyallup Fair is one of the largest fairs in the country lasting 3 weeks. And of  
course the puyallup Valley is noted for its daffodils and tulips in the spring. 
Absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed on the property.

Rates Are for 2 People/Additional Charges of $15 Per Person Per Night 
$150 Cleaning/security deposit-refunds will be given if the home is left as it was upon arrival 
Absolutely No Pets or Smoking on the Property 
$75 wk. utility charge may apply in cold months 
50% deposit required to reserve up to 60 days prior to arrival. Less than 60 days requires full  
payment in advance to reserve.
