Our condo has MANY EXTRAS not available in other units including new  
berber carpet, new hand stained solid wood doors, new paint, antique  
finished kitchen cabinets, new decorator furnishings, views from  
living room and bedroom, new California king bed with down pillows  
and special foam mattress pad, fireplace, cable TV in both living  
room and in bedroom, dvd, vcr, stereo with CD player and mp3 player,

and iron, board games. Complete kitchen with lovely new china,

Conveniently located to three world class ski resorts rated #1, #5,  
and #14 by Ski Magazine for 2005.  Only 3 miles to the Canyons and  
Olympic Park, 6 miles to Park City Resort and Old Town, 8 miles to  
Deer Valley, and about a 45 to 60 minute drive to Snowbird, Alta,  
Snowbasin, and Powder Mountain. Less than a mile to large 24 hour  
Smith’s grocery, great restaurants, huge new Tanger outlet shopping  
center with 60 stores center and the new gorgeous Redstone outdoor  
shopping mall with 8 movie screen theatre complex, Wild Oats Grocery  
and great restaurants (Red Rock Brewery is our favorite!).

Activities and Attractions

Winter: best skiing in the world at 3 world class mountains, cross  
country skiing, snowshoe, bobsled, Sundance film festival,  
snowmobiling, art gallery walks, shop at nearby 60 store Tangere  
Outlet, Redstone Village, and Old Town, 
 
Spring, Summer, Fall activities include mountain biking, hiking,  
fishing, boating, river rafting, horseback riding, ballooning, train  
ride, art festival,art gallery walks,balloon festival, food & wine  
festival, concerts, art gallery walk, zip line rides and ski museum.  
Quality mountain bike rentals and guided tours available at the ski  
resorts in Park City and from White Pine Touring Center.  They also  
rent cross country ski equipment. Visit the beautiful Timpanogos  
National Park caves about an hour drive away (summer only). Also  
within 30 minutes drive are many activities in the Salt Lake City  
area.
