feet in either direction. House backs up to open marsh with
unrestricted views of Southport Harbor, the Intracoastal Waterway,
Elizabeth River, and Oak Island's Mainland.
Beautifully decorated with light colors, ceiling fans throughout,
zoned heating & air conditioning, and plenty of space for relaxing
in the sea air.
4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms: Main Floor: Living Room with
cathedral ceiling, TV/DVD/VCR, CD Player; Dining Area for 10; fully
equipped Kitchen which opens onto back deck; Screened Porch with
table/chairs and ceiling fan, Master bedroom (1 Queen)with walk-in
closet and open deck; Master bath with Jacuzzi; Bedroom #2 (1 Queen)
with private bath; washer/dryer; 1/2 bath; and ocean view front
deck. Upstairs: Bedroom #3 (1 Queen & day bed/trundle bed [2
singles]) with private deck, TV/DVD/VCR, Bedroom #4 (1 Queen) with
incredible ocean view private porch; and full bath. Area below has
outside shower/dressing area and provides covered boat and car
parking.

energizing walk of .9 miles to the famous Oak Island lighthouse. Of
course, an outside shower will greet you as you return from your
beachwalk adventure to rinse off and get ready to enjoy grilling a
favorite meal on the grill downstairs.

marsh, you are in the midst of biking, 15 golf courses within 7
miles, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, surf fishing, deep

sightseeing, swimming, boating, sailing, waterskiing, surfing, wind
surfing, shelling, ferry rides, crabbing, and watching nature at its
finest! Unbelievable golfing awaits you with over 100 courses
within an hour's drive! Multiplexes and malls serve you at
Wilmington (30 miles) and Myrtle Beach (35 miles).
