Vacation Rental Description

This "Charming Large Furnished Studio" with loft,large livingroom 
and full kitchen, and bath is only 5 blocks to Atlantic Ave  
and "Steps" to the beach. A small private front patio and large 
225sq ft private back patio also give additional space.   This 
Studio is part of a small but very quiet and peaceful 10 unit 
complex tucked away within beach block off of (Gleason Street).  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit comes completely furnished.  Towels and sheets as well as 
all the amenities for the kitchen.  A TV, VCR, Microwave, a new 
dishwasher and refrigerator is available.  A new "Murpy Bed" that 
houses two separate pull down beds with new mattresses.  Also, this 
unit comes with a separate loft for sleeping.  There is on-site 
laundry and a large Pool with outside shower.  Private parking with 
additional guest spots is also available. 

This unit is a "Non Smoking Unit"  "No Pets"

Activities and Attractions

There are unique shops on Atlantic Ave as well as antique shops, 
art galleries, a large array of fine dining to pizza and ice cream 
shops.
Delray also houses outside cafes as well as high energy night life.  
A brand new Library is located on Atlantic Ave.  Biking, jetskiing, 
kayaking is also available.  Delray also offers outside festivals on 
Atlantic Ave for the public.
