Vacation Rental Description

Casa Piedra is an all native stone house with a palm frond (palapa) 
roof, located with the Cabo Pulmo Marine Park, directly on a white 
sand beach.  It has 2100 sq. ft. of living space with an equal 
amount 
of outdoor patios.  Inside there are two bedrooms, both with 
ocean/beach views, seperate baths, fireplace and queen bed.  The 
great room includes the kitchen, living and dining areas, along with 
a fireplace and open beam ceiling.  There is a futon and cots for 
extra sleeping in the great room or on the patios.  Detached from 
the 
house is a laundry and third bathroom.  The patios surround the 
house 
so there is sun or shade at any time of the day.

No TV, phone, fax or other distractions. 
These can be arranged,if necessary,in La Ribera the closest town.

Full kitchen, air conditioning in both bedrooms in summer, purified 
drinking water, caretaker.
Solar electric with generator back up.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 RATES

$250.00 per night -4 night min.

Weekly rate - $1500. - 7 days, 6 nights

Holiday rate - $300 per night (Thanksgiving, Christmans, Spring 
break)

All rates are in US dollars.

Due to unprectibility of weather the house is not available from 
August 1 through October 15.
