lanai and a screened pool area. Great for entertaining!! You are  
welcome at a quiet cul sac area on canal. Very nice and quiet  
neighbourhood. Only 1 mile for shopping. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home  
with 2 car garage in this peaceful setting is waiting for you. The  
house has everything to ensure you a wonderful vacation! Hire a  
boat, moor it at the private dock and explore Charlotte Harbor and  
the Gulf Coast Island and fish, watch dolphins or visit a deserted  
beach perhaps. Golf, tennis and health club as well as restaurants,  
Fishermen`s Village and a dood range of shops are within a short  
drive or cycle ride.

are waiting for you. Many restaurants and shops are nearby including  
the famous Fishermen`s Village.
