Exceptional home with 2200 sq. foot of living space in 3 bedrooms,  
2.5 baths.  Included is Wi-Fi internet, cedar panelled indoor spa  
room, pool table and separate game room/lounge with ping pong, air  
hockey, TV-DVD, sofa, coffee table & AM-FM stereo w/CD player. Only 4  
blocks from Snow Summit Ski Resort and RIGHT across from the free ski  
shuttle for both Big Bear ski areas. 
 
Sleeps 9-10. 
 
This inviting home is beautifully decorated and roomy and offers  
beautiful forest & mountain views from every room. The ample rear   
rear deck is perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. Our large  
private lot has appx 25 tall pines and is backed by a seasonal  
running stream. 
 
AMENITIES 
 
*The 'Great Room' with pool table, dining area, cozy sofa/love seat,  
large comfy lounge chairs, impressive brick fireplace, roll-top desk  
and rich vaulted cedar ceilings is perfect for entertaining. Or just  
relax by a crackling fire with a good book. We have 5 cable TVs with  
movie channels, a 90+ video library, multiple board games, playing  
cards, books, magazines and puzzles.  
 
*The kitchen has a built-in 6 person breakfast bar and includes oven,  
cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, waffle  
iron, crock pot, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, and  
pots/pans. Perfect for preparing large or small meals.  
 
*The spacious master suite with private bath has beautiful vaulted  
cedar ceilings and a cozy "allergy-free" down comforter.  It opens to  
a balcony with mountain and forest views & has cable TV with VCR and  
DVD player.  
 
*Bedroom 2 is nicely decorated and has a queen-size bed with  
cozy "allergy-free" comforter and cable TV with VCR.  
 
*Bedroom 3 is also nicely decorated and has cable TV with VCR, two  
sets of bunk beds, rollaway bed, and futon. 
 
*Enjoy the scent of tall pines from our large rear deck with propane   
BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. The deck opens to our large  
forested yard with seasonal running stream and no neighbors in close  
proximity.  
 
*Many other amenities include 5 cable TVs, 4 stereos with CD players,  
telephones, washer/dryer in separate laundry room, clothes iron &  
ironing board and all basic paper goods & cleaning needs.

We are located in one of the most desirable and convenient  
neighborhoods in Big Bear called 'Eagle Point.' We are just 4 blocks  
to the slopes and RIGHT across from the ski shuttle pick up for Snow  
Summit and Bear Mountain ski areas.  
 
We are a short walk, bike ride or drive to all attractions in the Big  
Bear Area. We are walking distance to Starbucks, Vons Supermarket,  
Stater Bros Supermarket, K-Mart, the lake shore, and Meadow Park with  
swimming beach, tennis, sports fields, fishing pier, picnic tables  
and play structure.  
 
We are just a block to Elevations Day Spa, the excellent Big Bear  
public library and a "day use" fitness center. Take a short walk to  
Blockbuster, Sav-on, Rite-Aid, restaurants, miniature golf, trout  
fishing pond, and interesting shops, or just stroll or bike around  
our upscale (and not hilly) neighborhood dotted with gorgeous homes.  
 
Take a 5-10 minute bike ride from our door to the tree-lined 3 mile  
paved "Alpine Pedal Path" along the shore of beautiful Big Bear Lake.  
Stop and enjoy the informative Big Bear Discovery Center and the  
numerous trails for all levels of hiking. 
 
For mountain biking Big Bear is hard to beat.  We are central to a  
network of trails for all levels.  And don't miss the Snow Summit Sky  
Chair for a 1200' climb to great biking, hiking, views and BBQ grill. 
 
Big Bear Lake itself is great for fishing, water skiing, jet skiing &  
sailing. If you bring your own boat we are 1 mile to the free public  
East Launch Ramp on the north shore with a day use picnic area and  
beach. We are 1.5 miles to Big Bear and Pine Knot Marinas which also  
have launch ramps as well as boat and jet ski rentals. 
 
We are 5 minutes to quaint Big Bear Village with a variety of  
shopping from antique stores to unique clothing & souvenir shops,  
restaurants, 2 multi-screen movie theaters, bowling, candy & ice  
cream parlors, etc.  
 
We are 5 minutes to must-see Moonridge Zoo with bear, buffalo,  
eagles, coyote, birds of prey, deer, reptiles, mountain lions, etc.  
 
Compared to many rental home locations in hilly parts of Big Bear,  
our flat lot and flat neighborhood makes us very easy to find and  
provides trouble-free access during icy or snowy conditions. No  
struggling to make it up or down steep slippery streets.

With the unusual combination of the numerous amenities mentioned  
above along with the pool table, full size air hockey, ping pong  
table and indoor spa all in such a fantastic location, EAGLE POINT  
RETREAT is year- round favorite vacation spot for families, couples  
and groups.

HERE ARE SAMPLES OF COMMENTS FROM PAST GUESTS: 
 
It is a very clean, cozy, and convenient place. We had 4 kids with us  
and, boy, were they having fun!!! Everything you need to entertain  
and keep kids of any age busy is right at your fingertips. Game  
tables! 2 sets of bunk beds! Great kitchen: big, clean and well  
supplied with everything a chef needs. Very comfy master bedroom:  
soft bed, electrical blinds that darken the room for a great sleep  
in. Location is superb: everything is very close by, easy to avoid  
crowded intersections. A very quiet street, we did not hear much  
except the bird chirping around the trees. The hot tub is clean; the  
room it is in is also very clean. We did not miss the star gazing  
form the tub. Just a step away is the patio with nice lounge chairs  
and big table for 8 people. We stayed a lot on that patio at night:  
roasting marshmallows at the real wood fire we made inside a very  
roomy square grill. Felt lots like camping with stars above and great  
big pines around. The time we spent in Eagle Point was all about rest  
and having fun: a very good place and such pleasant owners.

There is no other way to visit Big Bear! The house is absolutely  
wonderful.  I was overwhelmingly surprised by how cozy, comfortable  
and fully equipped these properties were. The owners insure that  
everything you need for an enjoyable getaway is available to you. And  
the location, cannot be beat! I would definitely refer friends and  
family to these homes as a vacation option and would absolutely  
return for future stays.
