The Arch – vacation rental description

Newly restored Renaissance palazzo is home to the Arch – an open concept townhouse with its own street entrance in the heart of Cortona’s historic centre. A stone throw from the museums, monuments, theatres, shops and restaurants, this magnificent condominium complex is an oasis of calm and charm. The split-level home features living, dining and cooking areas on the ground floor with an ante-room of ample storage leading to a bathroom.  The mezzanine accommodates sleeping quarters complete with built-in closets and a French window leading to an outdoor patio within an enclosed courtyard.  A blend of old and new is the dominant feature of this charming pied-å-terre – high ceilings, original stone, a huge medieval wall arch and a few antique pieces are a perfect backdrop for modern fixtures and furnishings. This home is a charming holiday retreat that will delight the vacationers and their guests, as the space is more than conducive to informal entertaining.

The unit is equipped with two TV screens, independent heating and cooling (upon request) systems, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.  The Arch is a short walk from the Casa Celeste, the owners’ other rental facility.

A municipal tax of € 1,50 per person per day (up to 4 days) is not included

High season: March 30 – April 06; June 08 – September 07; December 22 –January 05 €420.00 per week.

Other dates €340.00 per week.  Discounts for monthly rentals.

Our prices include taxes, water, bed/bath/table linens, hot water and electricity.  Heating, if used, is not included.
