dunes in the private Cobmoosa Shores Association & offers
unobstructed, panoramic views of Lake Michigan from every level.
Sit on one of 3 decks, including the roof top sun deck and enjoy!
Roof top deck offers a ketchenette with refrigerator for your
convenience. Open floorplan with new furnishings. Sleeps 8-10
people comfortable with three bedrooms plus two full baths. Only a
4 mintue stroll to gorgeous 1/3 mile of private, sandy beach. Great
spot for families. This home is surrounded by dunes and woods.
Kids love to run up and down the sand dune! There is a small
playground area with swings, shuffleboard court and basketball hoop
and the end of the road. Enjoy campfires around the fire pit or
take your campfire down to the beach! Great area for taking walks
and enjoying the wonderful scenery. You will not be disappointed!
Stony Lake is close by and offers a park area, public swimming beach
and tubing down the channel to Lake Michigan. We provide the tubes!

Three bedrooms, two with queen size beds, 1 with full size futon and
twin bunk. Livingroom with two queen size sleeper sofas. Two
bathrooms with showers plus outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off
before coming into the home. Central Air, washer & dryer. Gas
grill with automatic hook up for propane. (no need to worry about
refilling the tank) 8-10 tubes for tubing down the channel or using
down at the beach.

Relax on the beautiful sandy beach or swim in Lake Michigan. Also,
Stony Lake is just around the corner and offers fishing, swimming
area and tubing. Silver Lake Sand Dunes is just a short drive north
and offers tours and jeep rides through the dunes and also has a
Craig's Cruisers with mini-golf, go-carts, video games. Golf at
four different courses only minutes away. Horseback riding and
winery are also in the immediate area. Little River Casino in
Manistee is approximately an 1 hour drive north. Michigan Adventure
Amusement Park and Water Park is less than 1/2 hour away! The
harbour towns of Pentwater and Montague/Whitehall are less than 1/2
hour away.
