Vacation Rental Description

This charming 1920's Adobe home is sunny and comfortable. Watch the 
sail boats cruise by from the upper deck. Intimate outside dining on 
back patio. Lovely beaches just minutes away, close to downtown 
shopping and theaters, walking distance to restraunts and groceries. 
Quiet neighborhood, harbor down the street and 15 minutes to UCSB or 
airport.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen has a gas stove and all the utensils and place settings 
needed to comfortably entertain 12 friends/family.  

Activities and Attractions

Santa Barbara offers a casual relaxed atmosphere with all the 
activities available to keep busy full time. You can rent 
bikes, kayaks, or sailboats. Hike in the local foothills.There is 
wonderful theatre and symphony here as well as a Natural History 
Museum,Botanical Gardens, Lotus Land, Art Museum, movie theaters, 
and State Street shopping. There are lectures, ballet, concerts, or 
something happening every week in Santa Barbara. Yet it still 
maintains a "small town" feeling.  
For a special experience there's ,Internationally acclaimed, 
Downey's restraunt as well as the local favorite, Supericas.
