sail boats cruise by from the upper deck. Intimate outside dining on
back patio. Lovely beaches just minutes away, close to downtown
shopping and theaters, walking distance to restraunts and groceries.
Quiet neighborhood, harbor down the street and 15 minutes to UCSB or
airport.
