area which has been seperated from the living area with a mirror 
sliding door. This beatiful studio has also living area and dining 
area with dining table. It's located on the south of palm springs. 
If you are looking for a quite, fun or romantic place to stay this 
nice condo will be the perfect choice. The breath taking mountain 
view and gorgeous landscaping is very relaxing. This condo is 
located in a safe and luxury neighborhood,prime area of palmsprings. 
This lovely studio was recently renovated and tasefuly decorated for 
long or short term stay. It has 1 1/2 bath.IDEAL FOR TRAVELING 
NURSES&WORKING PEOPLE.

Vacation Rental Amenities

It has air conditioning,cable Tv,vcr and dvd player and if you like 
to watch a movie for 
a quite evening. A queen bed in the bedroom area and a day bed in 
living area which could be used to sleep on or sit and an extra 
seally matress if you have a guest also a sofa 
and chair. Microvace, oven, toaster, refrigrator has also put in for 
your everyday needs. It also has been equipted with complete cook 
ware and kitchen supplies and utensitls. A brand new blender,mixer 
was provided if you are in the moud to make your favorite drink to 
enjoy or entetain your guests. It has a large patio to sit in and 
enjoy the view.Washer and dryer is conviniently located in the 
complex just steps away from the unit.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy on of the 3 pools(one is right behind the condo) or spas, play 
tennis in the complex. 
Swimming and sun bathing is one of so many activities you can do in 
this lovely condo. Golf course is nearby, shopping centers and fine 
dining is also located withing couple of miles away. You can either 
take a walk in the strip or just walk in the neighborhood and enjoy 
the weather.
