Vacation Rental Description

CASA LYON 
 
	Casa Lyon is a brand new exquisitely designed and furnished luxury 
penthouse condo located in the beautiful Playacar Phase II area of 
trendy Playa del Carmen.   The condo is in the Hoyo Quatro complex and 
is situated on the third floor of one of Hoyo Quatro's four buildings. 
 Hoyo Quatro is a short walk (5-10 mins) to 5th Avenue, the beach, and 
Paseo del Carmen shopping.  Hoyo Quatro has a communal pool, specially 
designed with shallow areas for children and a swim-up bar area.   
 
	Casa Lyon has two completely separate living areas/apartments, which 
share an entry hall and maid's quarters.  The two units are available 
together -- perfect for large families that need more than one kitchen 
and a little extra privacy -- or separately.  The entire roof of the 
building is completely private to Casa Lyon and features a jacuzzi, 
bar, sun beds, shower, water fountain and cushioned seating.   
 
                      TWO BED, TWO BATH UNIT 
 
	One side of the penthouse features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, 
kitchen, dining area, living room and private terrace overlooking the 
golf course.  Oversized windows overlook the golf course in almost 
every room.  The entire unit has sliding wood shutters to control the 
light and three independent central air conditioners to control the 
temperature in each room.  
 
	The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter 
tops, and mahogany bar with bar stools. There is a dishwasher for your 
convenience, a 22 c.u. refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric and 
gas combination stove.  The dining room has a catalosh wood dining 
table and chairs for 8 and is decorated with an african colonial feel. 
 
        The living room contains a large suede sofa and chair, an extra large 
down chaise lounge (which can be used as a bed for child) and a 
ceiling fan.  The large screen TV has a satellite feed to U.S. Dish 
Network (based out of New York).  In addition, high-speed wireless 
internet access is available. 
 
	The master bedroom has a king sized dark wood canopy bed, an armoire, 
a reading area, ceiling fan and generous closet space.  It also has 
its own sliding glass door opening onto the private terrace (which is 
also accessed from the livingroom) overlooking the golf course with 
seating and a table for 4.  The large master bath has a jacuzzi tub 
and shower and is finished entirely in marble tile and granite. 
 
	The second bedroom has two queen sized dark wood canopy beds a 
dresser, side table, generously sized closet and ceiling fan.  The 
second bathroom is also finished entirely in granite and marble tile 
and has an extra large open shower.  All towels, sheets and bedding 
are high quality cotton.              
      
                             THE STUDIO 
 
	The other side of the penthouse has a completely separate and 
independent large studio with its own private terrace overlooking the 
golf course.   
 
	The studio has a full kitchen (including microwave, antique O’Keefe & 
Merrit stove, and full-sized stainless steel fridge), with a cooking 
island and bar area with stools for three.   
 
	It also has a separate queen sized sleeping loft with a secure 
staircase for access, a marble tile and granite bath with tub and 
shower, a private terrace with built in cushioned bed and table and 
chairs.  The living room area of the studio has seating for 5 and a 
built-in entertainment center with a candle filled faux fireplace.  
The studio also has Dish Network TV and wireless high-speed internet 
access.  There is a walk-in closet, pool view and separate central air 
conditioner.     
	  
                         ROOF GARDEN 
 
	Casa Lyon owns the entire roof of its building.  From the roof there 
are views of the golf course below and the cruise ships of the 
Caribbean sea and Cozumel.   
 
	The roof has an extra large jacuzzi, which can be filled with hot or 
cold water, and is accessed by stone steps and is surrounded by a 
white stone sunbathing platform.  To the left side of the jacuzzi are 
two queen-sized floating sun beds with round pillows and white 
curtains which can be adjusted to control the amount of sun exposure. 
On the other side of the jacuzzi is a pergola and living room 
cushioned seating for 15. 
 
	There is also a tiled water wall fountain, a shower, potted plants 
and another cushioned seating area for 8.  There is a pergola covered 
bar as well, which has wooden cabinets, a large grill, and a small 
fridge for cold drinks.   
 
	The roof is perfect for day or night.  At night the the roof can be 
lit up by turning on the built-in lights or the hanging stars which 
illuminate the floating beds, living room and bar areas.
