NW Tucson Guest House in Tucson

This darling 600-sq foot private one-bedroom apartment is attached to
our main house garage—but not directly to the living quarters. It has
it's own separate entry/parking and a jacuzzi on the shared large
courtyard.
It is fully furnished with all linens and appliances, coffee, some
cooking staples and spices to make your stay convenient and
comfortable. Cable TV with movie channels, high-speed internet
(wireless or direct hookup). All utilities including phone with
unlimited long distance.
There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size Lazy-Boy
sofa bed in living room.
Comfortable heating and air conditioning.
Laundry facilities available (in main house).
Nice view of Pusch Ridge and Catalina Mountains and sunsets.
No smoking inside the house.
Located about 10 miles north of downtown Tucson close to the
intersection of Magee and Oracle (Hwy 77).
About 6 miles east of I-10 and Ina.
