parking with two assigned spaces and room for guest parking.  
 The  beach next to the famous Miramar Hotel on Miramar Beach offers  
spectacular views of the Channel Islands and is one of Santa  
Barbara's most beautiful beaches! Just minutes from Montecito  
Village and Coast Village Road. 
 
Right on the beach yet close to everything Santa Barbara has to  
offer. Hiking, surfing, excellent restaurants, and a vibrant

Minimum Rental is One Week 
Low Season: Nov 1st to March 31st: $4300 per week (Excluding  
Holidays) 
 
Mid season: April 1st to June 15th. and September 16th to October  
31st: $4800 per week (Excluding Holidays) 
 
High season: June 16th through September 15th: $6000 per week  
(Excluding holidays) 
 
Holiday rates:   $6500 per week. 
 
Reservation/Deposit  Fee: $1,000 per week 
 
Credit check required $20.00 fee 
 
Cleaning :     $200.00 a week 
 
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.   
Stays less than one month are subject to a 
Transient Occupancy Fee.
