Built in 2006, our 'home away from home' boasts one of the best locations in the prestigious gated golf community of Heritage Harbour. With sunshine all day on our SW facing pool, free views of the lake and 16th fairway of the Stoneybrook Golf Course and the spectacular sunsets, you will be hard-pressed to find anywhere more comfortable or relaxing. It is luxuriously furnished throughout to a standard far beyond that of a standard Florida rental. Our villa is a spacious one-storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home over 2350sq.ft (220sq.m.) with 3 stylish living rooms to retreat to. The bedrooms comprise a master suite with king bed and its own private living room, a queen room and a twin room sharing a bathroom. Our pool and spa area is simply stunning.
Enjoy our 27x14ft salt-water pool/spa or lounge on the lanai landscaped with beautiful hibiscus trees to provide you with extra privacy. There is simply nothing that we haven't thought of.

The upgraded kichen is typically open-plan with cherry wood cabinets and beautiful corian countertops. A large island provides plenty of preparation space for the chef. There is a dinner service for 12 people and seating for 6 people at our family's mahogony dining table.
There is also a small office area with high-speed internet and extra lighting. The kitchen opens onto the den area where you can relax in our overstuffed sofa or in our rocking chair while watching the sun set over the pool and lake.
The living room is our media room and features a plush velvet sofa, 2 cozy armchairs and an entertaintment center with a 32' TV, DVD player and surround sound stereo system. Choose a book from our bookcase or feel
free to provide your own entertainment on our family piano!
Master suite: Richly furnished in jewel colors with a king-size mahogony sleigh bed, matching side tables, dresser, mirror and entertainment center with large TV and DVD. Master sitting room with cozy love seat and direct access to pool area through sliding doors. Large walk-in closet with extra shelving. A fabulous retreat for any couple or stressed parents.
Queen/twin bedroom: Side-by-side, these bedrooms are stylishly decorated in a light, airy Swedish style and feature ample built-in closets. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.
A baby/toddler crib and bedding are available for your use at no extra cost. The sofa in the master suite can also be turned into a single bed and used for a child if necessary.
The superb master bathroom boasts double sinks and ample vanity space, a spacious roman shower, a large oval bathtub, a separate toilet room and natural lighting from 2 windows. Abundant towels and linens are provided for all bathrooms/bathrooms.
Once you have settled into our pool area and enjoyed the free views of the lake and golf course and the sunsets, you may never want to leave again. Our pool is a salt-water pool measuring 28'x14' and features a gorgeous spa for 6 people; all are fully heatable of course. There is seating/dining for 6 people
around the pool and extra privacy is provided by recent landscaping of the pool area.
The house is fully air-conditioned/heated with ceiling fans and curtains throughout.
The utility room includes an XL washing machine, dryer, iron and additional clothes drying space.
For your additional enjoyment/benefit we have added 2 mountain bikes, 1 child's bike, 2 full sets of golf clubs, tennis rackets, toddler gate, baby/toddler bed & linen, baby and toddler car seats, bouncy chair, pool toys and a hairdryer.
The entire Bradenton/Sarasota area is simply a golfer's paradise. With dozens of championship courses within a 10 mile-radius, you could possibly play a different course every single day of your holiday!
Heritage Harbour is a challenging Arthur Hills designed course that is open to the public and also features a beautiful driving range and putting green. Summer season 2010: April 10-September 11, 2010: $1250/week

Low season 2010: September 11-December 12, 2010: $1050/week

High season 2010: December 12, 2010 - April 30, 2011 $1500/week

Payments may also be made in Euro (Summer: Euro 900/week, low season: Euro 750/week, high season 2010 Euro 1150/week). Special monthly rates and rates for rentals of 3 weeks and longer also available. Rates include electricity, all local and state taxes, water, local phone calls, high speed internet and final cleaning. Electric pool heat is available at a cost of $125/week. A deposit of $200/week is required to secure the booking. A property bond/security deposit in the form of a credit card must also be provided on registration with the property manager which will be used in the event of damage to the property.
The rental price includes all local taxes, water, electricity, local phone calls and final cleaning. 
Our membership for use of the community pool, playgrounds, fitness center, floodlit tennis courts, inline skating rink and library can be transferred at a fee of $100 (payable to the community) if desired.
