Rent this very large 6 BEDROOM VILLA FROM AS LITTE AS $143.00 PER DAY!
Location: 
South Gulf Cove is on the Cape Haze peninsular east of the Rotonda. South of a line between Port 
Charlotte and Englewood, and just north of Boca Grande.
This Six Bedroom villa comes with Two Master Suites, with King size beds; Both have double French 
doors to Lanai & Pool area & HD TV's. Two Double Queen size bedrooms and Two Twin bedded rooms. 
There is, in the Great room a Fold out Queen size bed if needed. 
We can also provide Cots or Cribs to both Master Suites, so can sleep up to 16 people?
With the two 'en-suite' Bathrooms, there is a large family Bathroom and a Pool Bathroom.
On all doors and windows, this villa has a full Security alarm system that is linked to a central 
station, with panic buttons for Police, Fire and Ambulance service. 
This villa has a very large Kitchen, Dinning area seating 8 and a breakfast bar that can seat 4 more 
people. The Laundry room leads onto the double garage.
This villa is superbly furnished and equipped throughout, including a 42" HDLCD TV with HDDVR 
satellite system, DVD & CD players, plus, we provide books, Talking CD books and music CD's. The 
whole villa is fully Air-Conditioned with ceiling fans in every room.
It is on a beautiful Deep Water Canal that has quick & easy access to the South Gulf Cove nature 
reserve, Port Charlotte Harbor and then the Gulf of Mexico.

Dear Barry. We were delighted with your Pelican Dock villa, which we felt to be very good value for 
money. It is very well geared for anyone interested in boating and enjoying the local waterways and 
wildlife! The 4 bathrooms were well appointed and adequate for our numbers. The description of the 
premises was accurate I would be happy to recommend it to friends. With the beaches only 12-15 miles 
away, we never had any problems keeping the kids happy. We found the pool alarm system to be a must 
for children’s safety and our ‘peace of mind’. We were very delighted with our 4 weeks in your 
lovely vacation home. Hope to come again next year?

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Heated Pool is 30ft x 13ft, with a separately heated Spa/Jacuzzi that seats 8. 
The rear of this villa faces South and has the Sun all day. 
The covered Lanai is 35ft x 10ft and the Sun Deck is 30ft x 10ft. 
The whole rear of this villa is fully caged and is not over looked on any side.
All doors and windows that lead to the Pool area have an independent safety alarm system, to warn 
you if the kids try and get to the pool without your knowledge?
There is a 9000lb Boat lift with 50ft of Private Dock. Great fishing from this dock and then cooking 
on the villa Grill? 
Boat Hire: 
We have an arrangement with a local boat yard, which has a large fleet of boats of all sizes. We can 
arrange your hire at very good discounted rates before you arrive.
The villa is fully equipped, including all linen, crockery and towels, even beach towels and toys. 
Just bring food, drink and yourselves.
We have a local Management Company who live close, to assist you anytime 24/7. 

Activities and Attractions

The villa is very close to 8 wonderful 'sugar sand' beaches all ARE within a 20 minute drive, with 
some of the best shelling and shark tooth collecting to be had on the whole South Gulf Coast.
There are 10 wonderful Golf courses within 30 minutes drive, including 4 championship courses and a 
floodlit, 24 hour course just 6 miles away. All courses welcome children over 8, and hire out any 
equipment needed.
From our dock, the beautiful Gulf Cove nature reserve is just 5 minutes sailing time away, via 
which, Port Charlotte sound is only 20 minutes, then out to the Gulf of Mexico. 
We provide FOC a full range of Fresh & Salt Water fishing gear as there is great fishing to be had 
in all areas, including our dock. 
Port Charlotte for all your department stores needs is only 15 miles away, with a large Publix 
supermarket and two petrol stations just 3 miles away. 
We list in our villa manual over 20 great local restaurants, there are also, all sorts of 'take-
outs' locally, but why not cook your own 'catch of the day' on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill and see if he 
really is as good as he says???

This large, South facing, Six Bedroom, Four Bathroom Villa rents from $1400 per week in the low 
season to $2300 per week in the Peak season. 
These rates are for groups up to 12 people, extra guests are charged at $20 per day each. 
There is a one-off Cleaning charge of only $150 per stay.
Plus Florida Sales tax @ 7% & Tourist/Bed Tax @ 5%
Discounts;
Bookings of more than 3 weeks get a 5% discount. 4-7 weeks less 10%. 8-11 weeks less 15%, and stay 
12 weeks and over and get a 20% discount.
There are no extra's except.
Pool & Spa Jacuzzi Heaters:
Normally the Pool is around 27c/84f & the Spa 30c/90f, but if you want the Pool upto 30c/90f & Spa 
to 36c/104f you will need extra heat?  We charge $200.00 (£100.00) per week plus tax.
Spa: If you don't want the heaters, but would still like the Spa Air Bubbles turned on, we can 
arrange that for just $50.00 (£25.00) per week plus tax. 
BBQ/Gas Grill:
Should you wish to use the villa Grill, we charge $60.00 per week. This includes all taxes; it's 
cleaning at the end of your stay and one full bottle of Gas.
Cots & Cribs:
If you require these, we charge $60.00 per week. This includes all taxes and all bedding.
High Chairs can be hired at $45.00 per week.
Highspeed 'Wireless' Internet connection is charged at $10 per week.
All local telephone calls and internet connection calls are Free!
