Vacation Rental Description

Timber Treat is a real log cabin just completed in 2006. Our guests are giving it rave reviews which  
you can see on our web site. It's located only 5 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and 10  
minutes to Dollywood. No gravel roads or high mountain roads to worry about. Timber Treat is nestled  
on an acre of timber for privacy, peace and quiet. Timber Treat has all the fun amenities as well as  
necessities that you need for a great vacation. We personally take care of our cabins so they are  
always very clean and everything works as it should. We fully stock our cabins with fresh linens,  
paper products, soaps,etc. Just bring your personal items and start having fun!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hot Tub, Pool Table, Fireplace, Indoor Jacuzzi, Full kitchen with stove, frig., dishwasher,  
microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender and all cookware needed.  
Cable tv with 3 tv's and DVD player, recliners, deck rockers, dining table and chairs inside and on  
deck. Outdoor gas grill on huge deck. Also a sleeper/sofa in living room so the cabin can sleep 6  
people.

Activities and Attractions

Activities here are endless: hiking, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, golfing, shopping,hundreds  
of restuarants, theatres, live music,etc. Of course we can't forget Dollywood and Splash Country!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rental rates vary depending on the time of year. Our minimum night stays vary as well. We run  
specials all year long which you can see on our web site. The comment we always here is our rates  
are very reasonable considering the quality of our cabins. The nightly rate will vary from $97 to  
$185 (holidays). We do not charge cleaning fees, registration fees,etc. We are a true "mom and pop"  
who take care of our cabins personally so we try to keep everything as simple and easy as possible.
