Vacation Rental Description

Alma Del Sol is a private desert retreat vacation rental consisting 
of a 4,200 sq. ft. custom adobe solar home and adjacent art studio located in the heart of 
the Sonoran Desert on 9 acres of lush Saguaro studded property on the outskirts of 
urban Tucson adjacent to the Saguaro National Park and minutes from most major 
attractions. This is the place you want to go for a true desert experience, yet close to all 
the best Tucson has to offer in it's downtown city life and fine establishments.

Designed as  an green environmentally conscious  structure with 
central solar energy and water catchment systems to align it with 
the desert's delicate environment and lush surroundings.

The entrance is graced with a 1,000 sq. ft  Dance Studio/Great 
Room with wood floors and 14 ft. ceilings. Great for physical 
training groups, business conferences or large family reunions that 
need a meeting room or large space to accommodate gatherings.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Art studio, 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, central heating and air 
conditioning, ceiling fans, a large kitchen and additonal 2 kitchenettes, formal dining 
room with attached outdoor elevated deck, private patios 
throughout,  carports, solar  jacuzzi on large brick 
patio,  central vacumn, TV/VCR/Satellite, Telephone/Answering systems, 
on-site computers with broadband Wi-Fi and ethernet internet access, 
and a 12" mirror telescope.

Decor is rustic and contemporary Mexican with original artworks.

Activities and Attractions

Alma Del Sol is adjacent to the Saguaro National Park,  Old 
Tucson Amusement Park,  and the world famous renown Arizona-Sonora 
Desert Museum, Kitt Peak National Observatory, San Xavier Mission,  
and Colossal Cave are just afew minutes away.  In addition, there 
is hiking, birdwatching, horseback riding,  and mountain biking 
in nearby trails and reserves at the adjacent parks.
