Vacation Rental Description

The Island of Isla Del Sol grounds and surroundings are a tropical paradise. Beautifully landscaped 
with lush plantings and ponds. The condo is on the 5th floor with a large patio delivering panoramic 
views to the horizon featuring Tampa Bay, the Golf Course and Boga Ciega Bay. Enjoy beautiful 
sunrises with your morning coffee. Cross the bridges to either Tierra Verde's, Ft. DeSoto Park or 
St. Peterburg's, Pass-A-Grill beaches. Both beaches have been rated as the top beach in the USA. 
Gorgeous white sand beaches and blue gulf waters. Visit the many restaurants and attractions. At the 
end of the day enjoy romantic Sunsets from the Jacuzzi on the pool deck.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit sleeps up to six persons comfortably. Fully furnished with, Two Master Bedrooms (King Size 
Bed), and two full baths. Additionally the living room has a queen size convertible couch. There are 
no stairs as Elevator service is available. The unit is fully equipped with all appliances and all 
household bath and bedroom items. Kitchen appliances are new and comes furnished with all utensils, 
coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes etc. Unit has a full size washer and dryer. Indoor parking 
furnished for one vehicle. Just bring in your food and clothes and your ready to enjoy your vacation.

Activities and Attractions

The complex offers pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the Don Ceasar Hotel and Boga Ciega Bay. White sandy 
beaches at your doorstep. Fishing Charters, Jet-ski and boat rentals within minutes at 
Tierra Verde or St. Pete Beach. Fishing Pier available on property. Many Premium area golf courses 
available. Multiple Spring Training baseball stadiums, Ice Hockey, Pro and College Football. Busch 
Gardens within 30 minutes of complex, 
Disneyland within one hour. Within 20 minutes of Raymond James Stadium, the site for this years

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are based on season. Winter rates (October thru March) start at $2000.00 a month. Lower rates 
are available for consecutive monthly rentals. Contact us to obtain the rates for the months that 
interest you.
