Vacation Rental Description

This unique 3 story home is just where you want it, right on the 
beach!  This four bedroom, three bathroom home is fully furnished with
a jacuzzi tub, outside hot tub, patio furniture, and direct access to the 
beach.  Dining room and bar stools seat 12.  It also has a fully stocked 
kitchen for cooking, and a 3 car garage!

Outside deck is laid with travertine stone and the third story 
master bedroom has a private outdoor balcony. Living room has two 
large couches and two over sized chairs. Also in the living room is a 
poker table with chairs, poker cards and chips.

Game room has pool table, Foosball table, air hockey table and
electronic dart board. 

This home is only 7 blocks from historic downtown, where all the bars and
restaurants are located. New Smyrna Beach is full of designer shops!
Local and foreign artists are located here as well.

The Intracoastal waterway is less than a mile away and offers scuba
diving excursions, boat rentals, and even a daytime cruise for just $10 
per person.

magazines, can accommodate two more people with two queen airbeds!

Biking, swimming, boating, scuba diving, local entertainment (bars and
restaurants within walking distance) volleyball.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2500 per week (or $425 per night - 4 night min)

FESTIVAL RATES:  Bike week, Speed week, 
Biketoberfest, Christmas week, New Year's week, 
and other festivals ($5,000.00)

+ 12.5% state and local tax (includes 6% county Tourist tax)

$500 Security/Damage Deposit (refundable, except for $75 cleaning fee)
