$2500 per week (or $425 per night - 4 night min)

FESTIVAL RATES: Bike week, Speed week,
Biketoberfest, Christmas week, New Year's week,
and other festivals ($5,000.00)

+ 12.5% state and local tax (includes 6% county Tourist tax)

$500 Security/Damage Deposit (refundable, except for $75 cleaning fee)
