A very mellow and relaxing vacation spot.  It is located off the 
main 
highway (north) from the airport, 

just past the town of Bucerias. The townhouse is arranged in a two 
story, studio type floor plan, with 

two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, full kitchen, combined 
living/dining room area, and one 

bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms have ocean views and open onto a 
balcony. This unit has one king 

and one queen bed, and downstairs a futon/sofa in the livingroom. 
The 
kitchen is fully- equipped, including

stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, blender, microwave oven, etc., 
also 
a bar/counter near the sink for 

snacks and beverages. The living rooms open directly onto a private 
beach-facing patio, with a step down

to a waterfront yard andprivate swimming pool.

Activities and Attractions

We have our own 27 ft boat with captain available for sport fishing, 
snorkeling & whale watching charters. Captain Jesus Chavez will 
treat 
you to a great day on the water. 

Or you can have Jesus take you across the bay and leave you on small 
private secluded beach near Yelapa for an afternoon of sun & 
snorkeling with lunch & drinks. Then he will come pick you up for a 
the trip back home.

Casa Sirena Pequena is about 3/4's mile past the town of Bucerias. 
Bucerias is a town of about 6,000 people. Bucerias is like Vallarta 
used to be 15 or 20 years ago before it got so built up with big 
hotels. Bucerias has beautiful white sand beaches, great 
restaurants, 
fish markets, fresh fruit stands, and many nice shops for all your 
shopping needs. And you are only about 15 minutes from down town 
Puerto Vallarta. 
 
 Puerto Vallarta is the "most  Mexican" of all beach destinations in 
the country. Its home state of Jalisco, rich in traditions and 
folklore, has given Mexico its national drink, Tequila; its 
traditional costume of the  CHARRO; and the music of the Mariachi.

Known for its many beaches, wonderful restuarants, fishing, golf 
courses and friendly people,  Puerta Vallarta is only a 20 minute 
drive from El Tizate. You won't want to miss this wonderful city of 
shops and craftsmen , music and fine food, relaxing beaches and 
relentless sun...

 

Bucerias features many fine restaurants that offer a wide array of 
excellent cuisines such as bakery delights, breakfasts, BBQ ribs and 
chicken, wood oven pizza, pastas, delicious Mexican specialties, and 
freshly caught seafood served beachside. A number of small grocery 
stores are only a short walk away, and can be used to resupply your 
stock of beer, liquor, ice, soft drinks, and a variety of canned 
goods, vegetables, and fresh tortillas. Also close by are many 
conveniences such as travel agencies, car rental, currency exchange, 
calling station, and tour booking information.
