bedroom, 2 bath condo.  Located at Atlantic Ave and Dunlawton Blvd in  
Daytona Beach Shores.  This unit is one of the nicest units in the  
building. 
 
This unit is classified as a resort condominium as defined in section  
509.242 FS, and has obtained a group or collective license pursuant  
to sectoion 509.251, FS prior to commencing operation.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates will vary from the Internet Special price of $799, to $1200 per  
week plus tax depending on season and type of rental. 
 
All prices include the departure cleaning fee.  Most others charge  
extra. 
 
12 1/2% sales tax on all rentals less than 6 months. 
 
All Special Events, Race Weeks, Bike Weeks, July 4th races,  
Biketoberfest, and all holidays are at higher cost. 
 
Internet Special of $799 plus tax is good April 26 through May 31, then again August 16 through  
December 20, 2008 ONLY and excludes holidays and special events.
