Just this past Summer, we added a 47” HDTV and iHome music dock for your iPad, iPhone or iPod into the living room.  This is  in addition to the HDTV in the family room allows separate views on the first floor.  We also have electronic door code security, no you do not need keys!........you will receive your own door code for you and your guests, so no hassles needing keys to gain access in/out of the villa.  Also please know we have  completely renovated our villa, completed in June 2009.  All new flooring, carpets, walls, ceilings. lighting etc and new furniture as well.  All the bathrooms  have new vanities with granite tops and new fixtures.    Most of all, all an entire new kitchen with new cabinets, granite tops, appliances, and extra countertop stool seating area.

Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2-story Beachwalk Villa is a perfect
vacation spot for golfers, tennis players and swimmers. Located in Shipyard
Plantation (closest villa to the beach) our villa is next to the path leading to the beach,just a short 3 minute walk. Across the road is the Van der Meer TennisResort and many bike/running trails. Situated around the golf course and lagoons, our villa is equipped with an open kitchen, washer/dryer, wet bar and large deck for lots of sun soaking. This townhome is uniquely designed with a
breakfast solarium looking out onto the treed pool area. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Of the three bedrooms, two have private bathrooms and the third bedroom has access to the bathroom in the hall, also on the second floor. For convenience, there is a half bath on the main floor. Our Beachwalk villa also provides a private swimming pool for the guests of Beachwalk within view of our rear deck. You can actually sit on our deck and watch your kids swim if so desired. With a very short walk to the beach, our villa is at the entrance of the Beachwalk complex and provides a very comforting vacation spot for its guests. Recently upgraded with a remodeled kitchen, new appliances and new floors in all bathrooms, this villa is very nicely decorated with special touches throughout. The villa home features a living area and a separate family room; a 47" flat screen HDTV and DVD in the living room and 32" HDTV/DVD-VCR family room, along with televisions with cable in all 3 bedrooms with remotes.   Our Villa  has Hi-Speed Wireless Internet access. The large deck w/ patio furniture, easily accessedfrom the dining room, is literally steps from the pool and provides the much needed space for large families. The living room, done in soft soothing colors, is very bright and receives much sunlight from the large, sky light windows. The living room and family room sofas are pull-out full size beds if needed. All three bedrooms, each with a bright atmosphere, are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a skylight above the bed and has a great view of the pool. All three bathrooms on this floor have a tub/shower combination. HHI area has over 30 golf courses and the best tennis facilities in the Eastern USA. Water sports include beautiful sailing rentals, fishing charters, kayaking, jet skis, and parasailing. Also 45 minutes to Savannah, GA and 90 minutes to Charleston, SC.
