The Apartment is a charming sun-filled 2 bedroom  with wood-burning fireplace and hardwood floors  
throughout. It is  
comfortable, clean, secure, and quiet. Located on the 4th floor of a  
historic brownstone(early 1900's ), so there are 3 flights of  
beautiful historic stairs to walk up( no elevator ! ). Apartment is  
fully furnished and sleeps 4-6 people.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bedroom 1 : Queen-size bed, large closet, tree-lined street view, wood-burning fireplace. 
 
Bedroom 2: 2 twin size beds, large closet, tree-lined street view. 
 
Living & Dining Area:  sofa-bed, loveseat, TV with full cable  
service. Polished hardwood floors. Dining table & 4 chairs. 
 
Kitchen: Kitchenette comes  complete cookware, utensils, and dinnerware.

Neighborhood: The Apartment located on one of the best park blocks  
of Upper West Side. Located 1/2 block off Central Park West( and 2 blocks  
away from subway lines B,C at 96 Street), it's in the heart of  
historic, residential, eclectic neighborhoods. Gorgeous views from  
Central Park Reservoir are just steps away. Grocery, banks,  
restaurants, pharmacy, dry cleaners, etc. are all available on the 
corner. Plenty of high-quality restaurants within 5 min walking  
distance. 
 
Transportation: Five Subway lines serve the neighborhood for easy 
travel to any point in the City. The nearest Subway is the #B or C  
line, a 2-minute, 2-block walk, which will deliver you to Times  
Square/42nd Street in 8-10 minutes.

$1600/week,non-holiday & non-event stay 
$2100/week,holiday season(Thanksgiving Week through first week of  
January) & special event weeks( NY Marathon Week & alike ) 
25% security deposit required upon booking. Deposits are non- 
refundable.
