renovated in September 2004. It is within 200 yards of the beach,
pool complex, golf clubhouse, recreation center, fitness center,
Kid's Club, club restaurants and the Seabrook Shoppe. Villa has
some of the best golf views on the island. Overlooking the 18th
green and 1st fairway of Robert Trent Jones' Crooked Oaks Golf
Course, you will be continuously entertained by golfers, gators,
heron, cormorants, leaping mullet, and other assorted wildlife.
Villa also overlooks putting green and driving range.

This Spinnaker looks like a beach house should--open, light and airy with a shell motif throughout.
First floor has living room, dining room, kitchen, guestroom,
laundry room, guest bathroom and deck. Living room has a new sofa,
love seat, two chairs and etagere with tv, DVD/CD, receiver and
Comcast wireless internet modem. Dining table seats 6, plus three
extra at breakfast bar. Laundry room has washer and dryer.
Guest room has two twin beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes,
flatware, pots, pans, small appliances and utensils.
Second floor consists of master suite with king-sized bed, master
bath and deck overlooking golf course. All bath and bed linens are
provided. There is cable tv in each bedroom.
Villa had major renovation project in 2004. Kitchen has new stove,
dishwasher, sink, faucets, disposal and solid surface countertops.
Bedrooms received new window treatments and bedding. Bathrooms have
new vanities, sinks, faucets, mirrors and lighting. Interior
changes include new decor throughout, all new lamps and light
fixtures and some new furniture. Two sets of deck furniture are
also new. New carpeting was added in 2005. New sofa and loveseat
and dining room set were added in 2008.

Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD/CD Player, Stereo, Full

include swimming, birdwatching, biking, boating, crabbing, fishing,
shelling, nature hikes, walking, etc. Bohicket Marina (outside the
gate) offers a full service marina as well as shops, restaurants and
various boating opportunities (kayaking, parasailing, boat rentals,
boat rides, etc.).
Other "things to do" include visiting Kiawah Island, historic
plantations, and downtown Charleston (approximately 25 miles away).
Savannah and Beaufort are also a day trip at approximately 100 miles
away. The options of things to do in Charleston and Savannah are
limitless.

Rates include cleaning and 10.5% SC sales tax. They do NOT include amenity
fee of $150 per week. If you
don't plan to use the amenities (club restaurants, golf, pool,
tennis, fitness center, etc.), there is no additional fee.
