The Shepherd condo was purchaesd  new in May 2004 and is a  fifth floor two bedroom, two bath condo.  It is beautifully decorated and located in the 78 acre gated Oceanwalk development.  This ocean view unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a large master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, raised double marble vanities and a separate glass enclosed shower. The living and dining rooms are tastefully decorated.  The kitchen overlooks the living room and dining rooms and has all GE appliances. The laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full sized washer and dryer. All small appliances and
cooking utensils are included. The second bedroom contains a queen
size bed, a twin bed and has the second bathroom nearby creating
a "suite-like" environment. The unit contains two large walk-in

NOTE THAT MY UNIT IS ALL TILED AFTER HAVING REPLACED ALL CARPET WITH 20 INCH PORCELAIN TILE.  I ALSO HAVE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS AND WIRED INTERNET.  MY UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A LOCAL LAND LINE TELEPHONE SINCE ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS  HAVE CELL PHONES.

The unit contains: two HD televisions with cable, a DVD player, two CD
players and a 194 square foot balcony with views of the Atlantic
Ocean and the beach and secure wired high speed internet
The development contains: two air conditioned clubhouses and two heated pools with covered verandas, a sauna, two excercise rooms , shuffleboard,a
lighted basketball hoop and two lighted tennis courts. Oceanwalk
has a 1.2 mile boardwalk/trail through a gorgeous nature area
located adjacent to the property. This area is great for walking,
exploring, etc. The beach is a short five minute walk from
the condo and one of the clubhouses (restroom facilities included) and pools is very close to the beach.

Alternatively, relax at one of two gorgeous Oceanwalk pools and clubhouses.  The beach is a mere five minute walk from the condo.  One clubhouse is a 1 minute walk from the beach.

Oceanwalk is located only minutes from the Daytona
Speedway, 75 minutes from Disney World, one hour to St. Augustine
and an hour from Cape Canaveral. The Canaveral National Seashore is
a less than five miles south of Oceanwalk. Drive to the park and
explore for hours some of the most beautiful undisturbed property on
the Atlantic ocean. Dozens of restaurants are located less than 10
miles from the condo and a new grocery store is located only two
miles north. Dont's forget to browse the quaint shops in downtown
New Smyrna Beach. The Shepherd condo is the perfect location for
the many activities in and around New Smyrna Beach.

Summer Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $850-$1,250 per week plus
12.5%, state and local tax, and the standard $110 cleaning/admin fee.
Off Season (May, September, October, November and December)
$850-$995 per week and $2,009 per month.
Additional charge may apply based upon size of group and for special
events.

January and February rental rates are $2,850 per month. March weekly rentals at $999 and bike week $1,200.
