Fully furnished condo with large heated swimming pool,rec center 
with 
billiard room, gym and sauna, BBQ grill and shuffleboard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

On Gulf Coast Siesta Key beach, screened lanai, central A/C, 
dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cable TV in living room and 
bedroom, stereo with assortment of CD's, VCR's (2) with assortment 
of 
movies, DVD with assortment of movies, hair dryer, linens, towels, 
beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler to take to 
the beach.  Board games, puzzles, cards, coloring books and crayons.

Activities and Attractions

. Within walking distance of Siesta Key Village with many open-air 
restaurants, markets and charming boutiques. 

. A community rich in culture and the arts.  Near parasailing, 
golfing, tennis, boat charters, and challenging sport fishing.  
Nearby nature preserves offer air boat tours to spot alligators, 
armadillos and even wild boar.

Vacation Rental Rates

4th Floor Condo:
Summer Rates: (May 1 - December 14)    $800.00 per week.  
Winter Rates: (December 15 - April 30) $1200.00 per week, including 
the week of July 4th.  11% Florida tax + $40.00 processing fee from 
Condo office to handle all paperwork, check in, check out,etc. 
 1/3 of rental amount is due at the time you make your reservation, 
another 1/3 is due 90 days prior to arrival and balance due at the 
time of check-in. Security deposit of $250.00 is also collected upon 
check-in and is refunded approximately 3 to 4 weeks after check-out.
