Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Condo in private community 
located in South Fort Myers. Unit has been completely upgraded 
recently;  new applicances, furniture, flooring, tile etc. Steps away 
from  Olympic size POOL, with view of lake. Ground floor unit with 
HUGE 21x10 foot screened-in LANAI with wrought-iron & glass 
dining set; working stone FIREPLACE in living room. 
HANDICAPPED-FRIENDLY with extra-large step-in shower and 
huge walk-in closet in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds;
Queen-size convertible sofa in living room.
Covered parking for one car; guest spots for others.
BOAT RAMP with direct access to Estero Bay and the Gulf with 
ample parking for trailers. 

WALK to supermarket, restaurants, and shops. Many public golf 
courses nearby; short drive to beaches on Sanibel, Captiva, Fort 
Myers, and Bonita Beach. 30 minutes to Naples. Only 15 
minutes from SouthWest Florida International Airport (Fort 
Myers), 5 miles to the Twins stadium.
No smoking; no pets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything supplied but the food; all linens, dishes, glassware, 
cookware, utensils, toaster-oven, microwave, coffee maker.   
Dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer, central A/C, ceiling 
fans. 2 bicycles & helmets. Cable TV's in LR & Master BR. VCR-DVD player,
CD/cassette/FM stereo. Weber grill. Fishing poles and tackle.
Everything you need for a great day at the beach: beach 
chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and blanket. 

I speak Dutch and German.

Minutes from great shopping at Edison Mall, Bell Tower Shoppes, brand
new Gulf Coast Town Center and Coconut Point Malls, Miromar Outlets,
Tanger Outlets. Twins & RedSox spring training stadiums. Fabulous dining
choices from Fort Myers to Naples. Everglades excursions, Edison and
Ford winter homes, theater and music at Barbara B. Mann, Broadway Palm
Dinner Theater, Naples Philharmonic; deep-sea fishing charters, ferry
to Key West; boat, kayak, jet-ski rentals. 
2 hour drive to Miami or Tampa; 3 hours to Disney.

Vacation Rental Rates

May through December: $1500 per month.
January through April: $2500 per month.
Discounts for multiple continuous months.

$500 reservation/security deposit required with rental agreement 
and returned within 30 days of checkout. Balance due 60 days prior 
to  check-in.  Rates include cleaning fees but do not include 6% 
FL sales & 5% bed tax. (Taxes subject to change and will apply at 
time of rental)
