Very private quiet relaxing family Huntington Beach Vacation Home located in Southeast Huntington Beach 1 mile from the State Beach and 3 miles from Huntington Beach Pier by a small park in a residential friendly family cul-de-sac with lots of easy parking unlike downtown. The house is in between the Neport Beach and the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton if you are attending a convention, extended work or long vacation.

This vacation home is close to every major Southern California attraction and is a family- friendly place that's super safe. The house is great for a family vacations sleeping up to 8 people or a beach house vacation for people who want to be close to everything to retreat home, relax and enjoy. The house is also located on the edge of Newport Beach with the major malls, restaurants, and Disney not far away. After a great day at the beach or an attraction you can be at home while your kids play around the house.

This home is a 2200 sqft 2 story luxury home recently remodeled and decorated, with 4 Bedrooms of which 2 are masters, 3 bathrooms and 2 car garage. Dining and family room wrap around open air kitchen which is fully loaded for great family gatherings.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a large Jacuzzi bathtub, Queen bed, his and her sinks, oversized shower with 2 showerheads, Cable TV, and a sunny private balcony overlooking the backyard with a lounge chair of course. The downstairs master which opens to the  backyard includes an eastern King bed, desk, Cable TV, and bathroom with a shower. One front bedroom has a twin bed and a pull out rollaway twin. The other front bedrooms includes 2 twin beds. High speed wireless internet and printer.

The living room is complete with a leather couch with a queen pull-out bed, recliner and a cozy fireplace. The family room that opens to the backyard and dining room that wraps around the kitchen includes seating for 8 with a 46 in plasma TV, DVD, leather couch and twin bed loveseat.

Private 8 to 10 foot foliage covered walls create a lush secluded enchanting backyard with in-ground hot tub and wall fountain to add to your vacation after a day at the beach or on the town. Great for barbequing on the gas grill and eating outdoors on the patio.

4 spacious bedrooms, with lots of windows, airy electric skylights, 3 bathrooms (master bathroom has extra large shower with 2 showerheads and a Jacuzzi tub),fully furnished, 2 car garage, plenty of street parking, 46" plasma, DVD, Cable, Wireless Internet, loaded kitchen with Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stovetop, Oven, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils, Washer and Dryer. Back yard with tropical landscaping, in-ground spa, flagstone and brick patio, patio furniture to relax and patio table to dine. Linens, towels, and beach towels provided. Includes beach cruisers, annual state beach pass for quick and easy beach access, umbrella, icechest and boogie boards.

1 mile from the beach between Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. 3 miles North and south along the beach gives you a choice to experience the restaurants and shops by the piers in both cities where you can walk, bike or skate along the paths past the wide expanses of beach to really see the differences. Always seems like there is something going on at the Pier during peak season, rent an electric boat to cruise Newport Harbor and dont forget to get in that evening beach bonfire with smores. 20 minutes away from Disney Land. Shoppers are minutes from Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza.
