Vacation Rental Description

Deluxe 2 bedroom townhouse located in the gated community of DESERT  
FALLS RESORT in Palm Desert.  The cross streets are Country Club and  
Cook.   
This stylish unit is fully equipped with a complete kitchen and full  
laundy room.  The living room contains an entertainment centre with  
cable TV, DVD player and full stereo system.  There is also a  
mirrored wet bar and gas firepalce.  The master bedroom has a king  
size bed, TV, mirrored closets, access to the patio and a spacious  
master bathroom with dual sinks, bath tub and shower.  The second  
bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom with walk in shower just  
outside the bedroom door.  The private patio offers a gas BBQ and a  
quiet court yard setting.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The clubhouse boasts a championship golf course, free tennis (9  
courts, lit for night play) lounge (open year round) and restaurant  
(open during high seasons or for special events).  There is also  
available, at no charge, a full gym featuring a variety of exercise  
machines, universal gym equipment and free weights. Our condo is  
less than a minute walk from two georgeous pools.  For entertainment  
and leisure activities, the Villas is close to everything; shopping  
plazas, boutiques, theaters, galleries, and fine dining along the  
desert's famous Restaurant Row.

Golf, tennis, hiking, biking, swimming, shopping, eating out,  
relaxing, sight seeing, great weather.  The desert has it all!!   
Just a two hour drive from L.A. or San Diego.
