Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the incredible views from your large balcony overlooking the  
intracoastal waterway and the magnificent regal old Don Ce Sar hotel  
across the water.  Watch the slowly cruising sailboats, the  
frolicking dolphins and the swooping pelicans catching fish as you  
await the beautiful sunsets.  Located on a charming peaceful island  
on the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg, The Bahia Vista complex  
has the newest and most deluxe condos.  The landscaping is  
meticulously maintained and there is 24 hour security. 
 
The condominium is on the third floor with outside stairs and  
elevator.  It is beautifully furnished and decorated, bright and  
cheerful.  It has a spacious living room with wide sliding glass  
doors looking out to the water and fully equipped kitchen.  The  
master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the guest bedroom has twin  
beds.  Both bedrooms have large closets.  The owners lived in the  
unit, now live close by, and take great pride in keeping it in  
superb condition. 
 
The condo is part of Club Bahia, with its prestigious club house,  
large swimming pool and hot tub spa, all of which overlook a  
beautiful palm surrounded lake. 
 
 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and icemaker, stove and microwave, 
dish washer, breakfast nook and dining room. Phones, air conditioning, cable  
digital TV with DVD/VCR, second TV in master bedroom.  Separate laundry room  
with washer/dryer, iron and board, with space for beach and pool

` Club Bahia, a few steps away, with club house, exercise and  
reading room, large swimming pool with lounge chairs and hot tub spa 
- Miles of walking, jogging and biking along lush tropical settings

- Golf and tennis at Isla in off season at reasonable rates, other  
golf courses in the area 
- Incredible beaches at St Pete Beach directly across the  
intracoastal 
- Ft. Desoto - one of the top beaches in the world plus lots of  
history is very nearby 
- Pass-a-Grille (old Florida atmosphere) with long beach - 2 miles 
- Every kind of water sport: swimming, fishing, boating, kayak, wind  
surfing 
- St. Pete and Tampa are 30 minutes or less away, with museums,  
aquarium, amusement parks, zoo, major league sports and the large  
St. Pete pier
